Building well means making every decision understandable. These principles explain how we organise the working relationship; each project is governed by the specific proposal and contract approved by the client.

Quality from the outset

Quality is a method: careful preparation, materials suited to the design, coordinated teams, delivery control and verification before handover.

Construction management

We coordinate planning, procurement, teams, suppliers and specialist trades to reduce conflicts. Relevant information is shared clearly so the client understands what has been decided, what is in progress and what remains to be approved.

Budget and scope

The proposal identifies included work, measurements, prices, assumptions, exclusions and the available delivery conditions. Design changes or later information may require a revision to price and programme.

Measurement certificates and payments

Payments follow actual progress through measurement certificates or contractual milestones. Each statement is submitted for review and approval before the corresponding invoice.

Additional work

Where work outside the agreed scope is required, we assess the need, cost and programme impact. Whenever possible, execution begins only after that information has been presented and approved.

Handover and continuity

Handover includes verification of the contracted work, recording applicable observations and resolving approved items. Our commitment to quality continues through the final stage and the agreed post-completion support.
